Can anyone give me the list of the non earthquake belt countries?

Sorry, Can't agree.  I lived in Tennant Creek Northern Territory from 1989 to 1992.  I lived thru repeated tremors and quite a few quakes, the largest being recorded at a 7!  I was working at the Town Council at the time and it was like dynamite going off under our feet.  All the govt. buildings have quake alarms.  Very little damage was sustained as the town is quite flat and hardly any high rises.  But we were shocked it was a 7 and that came from the Bureau of Meterology.  Cheers.
