i like empanadas, Jamaicans have something similar called beef patties.

Depends on what kind of food you want. There are lots.

Mexicans have a dish called Mole which is made out of chicken.

Then you have tacos, arepas(Venezuelan-- special type of tortilla stuffed with cheese, ham, bacon...etc), pupusas (El Salvador--stuffed cheese tortillas-- which you can add bean or shredded re-fried pork or chicken or beef), Tamales (there are 2 types--- pure corn tamales or corn flour tamales.. they are different) empanadas (each Hispanic country has different kinds of empanadas.. some are sweet and some are main dishes... eg in El Salvador empanadas are fried stuffed platain filled with either milk kinda like custard or beans.. in Chile empanadas is like a pizza pocket but made out of pastry dough filled with ground beef, caramelized onion, half a hard boiled egg and olives)  There are lots more. If you focus on one country it would be much easier to give you more names. Hope this helps.
