Can anyone give me the names of some budget hotels or B&Bs in singapore that ARE NOT IN THE REDLIGHT DISTRICT

I'm going to singapore for my hoildays Dec 29th - Jan 18th and I'm looking for a budget friendly hotel or B&B. I am not an exteremly picky traveler just basics Clean, with a shower, NOT IN THE REDLIGHT DISTRICT, or in the middle of no where. any suggestions would be great.

Do you know the Red Area well?

Go to the Middle Road & Waterloo St area to find all the budget small hotel or motel to your liking.  It is in town/city where no problem for food  (Indian type), cultural & commercial aspects including the National Library.  Transport system is good by bus, taxi & train (MRT) all nearby.

Enjoy your holidays here, in SINGAPORE.  Budget costing: US$75 per day for stay & food.

i recommend South East Asia Hotel at Bencoolen Street Area....

...there are a few there....at Bencoolen /Waterloo /Middle rd areas..its oso near to main city...

...avoid hotels in Geylang Area (not Geylang Serai )....and the Serangoon Plaza area coz thats the redlight areas...so when u book hotels pls mention tat u dont want hotels in these areas....

There's a Hotel 81 along Upper Changi Road, near Jalan Wakaff. It's near to the Kembangan MRT station. And, that's not the redlight district.
