Can anyone give me the recipe for "Smokey Bones" Frozen cosmo?

I know the menu states that they use cranberry infused vodka but I need more specifics recipe instructions because I can't seem to get it right.

They use Citron.  Here's the recipe

1 ¼ ounces Absolut Citron vodka

¼ ounce Rose's Lime Juice

¼ ounce Cranberry Juice

2 cup Ice Cubes

In a cocktail shaker combine all ingredients with 1cup of ice. Shake well. Grind second cup of ice. Pour ground ice into Martini glass then strain cocktail into a Martini glass.
