Can anyone give me the title of this old classic movie?

I love this movie that I haven't seen for years but I can't remember the title. Lucille Ball and Henry Fonda starred in it and they worked in a nightclub together and she wasn't a very nice person. She ended up falling down the stairs ( I think) and he nursed her back to health and they fell in love. At the end she was showing him at the nightclub that she could walk again and they started dancing and she died in his arms. Please help me! Love this movie but can't remember what it's called.
