i want to no how they do it. i need pictures examples time limits and everything. i want to keep my girly figure but i want to be fit when i flex and jump and split. please help

  1. work on stretching every single day, while you watch tv or read a book, whatever..just sit with your legs spread as wide as possible and lean forward. Also work on your right and left splits for a couple minutes every day. Also working on pushups, sit ups, and running will help you with the strength and muscle control that you will need!
