*I've tried the Travel Channel website [I went to the travel guides section/grand cayman] but I think something is wrong with it cause whenever I click on the tabs nothing appears :'(.

CaymanIslands.ky is one.  Do a search on "Cayman Islands guide" and you'll get lots of leads.

You might also try the Frommer's or Fodor's websites.

TripAdvisor.com has destination guides.  And there is a website called caribbeanonline.com that has some good info.
