Can anyone give the CAT2008?, if he had not passed the BE final year exam 2007-2008. & how?please help me?

i had give the BE final year exam but i have some backlog . Can i eligible for CAT2008. Can I fill the proforma provided in CAT booklet & send it to IIM. Please help me,plz ...plz.........
