Can anyone help? Pressed for time?

I don't usually ask for schoolwork help on YA. I don't usually like the idea, but I'm seriously pressed for time. I'm working on a Government mini-project with another student and I need to have my part done befor the night is over. I understand Due Process for the most part, but I need to summarize Due Process as it applies to foreigners. If you want to explain it, that's fine, but if you can point me to websites where I can research and study the information myself it would be greatly appreciated. My government book doesn't explain how due process applies to foreigners specifically, and I am having a difficult time finding the answer online or in other books I've checked out of the library. Any help is appreciated. I don't want to let my partner down or go through the project without actually learning the information.

  1. Here are a few links below...

I used the search query "due process for foreigners non-citizens"

I think the non-citizens keyword picked up most of these...

Notice the first link is from the University of Chicago School of Law and at a glance it seems to give the most concise info.

Hope I'm not too late to be of help....

*** UPDATE: New link at bottom

  2. I'm too late to actually help you with info, but I just had to comment how impressed I was by this line ...

"if you can point me to websites where I can research and study the information myself it would be greatly appreciated ... I don't want to ... go through the project without actually learning the information."

    Shows great character :)

  3. I don't know if you have checked wikipedia, but here is the link and there are tons of references there.  I hope it helps.
