The employer has decided against mediation what does this mean? should I be prepared for a fight or does this further support my case?

  1. Sounds like they want to take it to court.


  2. Means like they feel they have a good case and are going to trial.

    Mediation is one of the best ways to get a case settled.  The only times I don't go to mediation are when I have a case that I want to take to a jury.
