  1. im the same i also have ocd so you know.. that doesnt go down well

sometimes u just need to take deep breaths and tell urself that ur fine and there is no problem at all

if its really bad try talking to ur doctor (just a gp to start off with) and maybe he/she could perscribe something or refer you to a psychologist or something

  2. Don't answer your door when it's dark, it may be "them"!!!

  3. Would you know sadness if you didn't think about yourself?

  4. My dad suffers from it a lot.  Have you noticed a pattern, like some thing that triggers for you to be like this? Even the tiniest things? When my dad get;s paranoid we tell him to take deep breaths & tell him to imagine him some place else where every thing is calm.

  5. You do sound a bit messed up, you could consider talking to your doctor to check for clinical depression or other medical issues.

As well as sorting out any medical issues, simple things like getting the right amount of sleep, sunlight and exercise can make a big difference. Try to get regular exercise, an hour brisk walk (or other aerobic exercise) each day, preferably in the sunlight without sunglasses on. It really could help, and it's unlikely to do you any harm.

I'm not sure what you mean by paranoia, a lot of people use the term and they can mean anything from feeling terrified for no clear reason, to feeling like people don't like them.

If you're feeling scared all the time as well as sad, you definitely should be talking to your doctor. If you're on the milder side (not freaking out all the time), a counsellor who can help you to challenge negative thinking could be useful. If you don't feel ready for counseling you could read some books on depression or cognitive behavioural therapy.

The checklists on this link might help you work out if you need professional help. http://www.beyondblue.org.au/index.aspx?...

It may take a little while, I really hope you can find something that will make you feel better.

  6. Remember, just because your paranoid doesn't mean they are not out to get you.
