  1. Do not give money to anybody like them.

The only website to use is http://www.immi.gov.au/immigration.htm which is the official Australian government Immigration and Citizenship website. The government website is easy to use, completely accurate and up to date and their services are free. You only need to pay for your visa and other standard charges like health checks. All websites such as the one you mention are 'for profit' migration agents and they will charge you for their services in addition to the visa and other charges. There is absolutely nothing a migration agent can do to get you a visa any sooner or with any more certainty - save your money.

  2. DO NOT DO IT. Contact an Australian Embassy in the nearest country or region to you. This can be nothing but a rip off buisness. If you do this it would be like ripping the money up yourself

  3. Applying for immigration is a lot more than a 3 step process (and a reputable migration agent will charge a lot more than $399).  This has all the indications of being a scam.

  4. They are the migration agents but the better option not to give money through website or on-line. Its better you consult first with Australia Immigration or you can visit www.immi.gov.au or you can contact on :
