Can anyone help me answer a couple of questions about the Army's GI bill?

Who can I contact to get more information about money left on a GI account? I tried looking up phone numbers on the web but I'm getting nowhere.

Or if someone knows more about:

How much time do you have to use all of your money?

Can your account be used for a spouse to go to college?

You will want to start with the VA website on the GI Bill.

http://www.gibill.va.gov/

From there you can get contact information for a local VA rep that can help you with all of those questions.  The GI Bill comes in a number of different types, and the amount you can receive and the extending benefits vary.  Check directly with the source for your answers.
