Can anyone help me bring out my eyes?

Question

I have a deep ocean blue eye, with a ring of hazel around the pupil. Here is the problem:

I don't wear makeup - yet. Is there a way that I can start out small to bring out my eyes, and work my way up? Would just applying mascara work?

What about clothing and hairstyle? I have long, thick curly brown hair that is often in a ponytail. Is there anything I should do with those to help make my eyes pop?

ok please dont try black outliner because loads of girls wear it and it makes them look like tramps or messy or losers,

use eyeliner on the top and bottom of your eyes. and some mascara.

like this but without all the stupid pink eyeshadow she has everywhere.

I'd try using earth tone eye shadows, and I would cut my hair just above the shoulders and have it layered, and use a hot flat iron to straighten your hair. Oh, and ignore any stupid remarks to your questions.

Mascara will help, but to really bring out your eyes you should wear some eyeliner.  Just some black liner along your bottom eye lid will make a huge difference.

Black mascara is the easiest way to start. I would subjest to put gel in your hair and scrunch your hair. and keep it down. I am not so sure about cloths but I would stick with earth tones

If you don't want to wear make up then start with either black eyeliner or black mascara.  As for your hair, if it's curly all you need to do is put some gel/mousse in it or you can blow dry it.

Brown shades make blue eyes pop! Try using just a little bit of brown eyeshadow and brown eyeliner. In order to bring out the contrast you need to wear your hair down. The contrast between your eyes and the color of your hair will bring attention to your eyes.

i think that you should definitely use mascara. also you can use some eyeshadow, but you said you want to start out small, so i'm not sure if you would want to. anyway, if you do choose to use eyeshadow, i would suggest using a dark blue. but DO NOT use too much. then it will just make you look like a freak. so yea. i hope i helped. i'm not sure what your clothing style is, so that's why i didn't tell you anything about that. i don't want to tell you something that you won't like.

ok honey....you want to wear black mascara and put a light strip of black or blue eyeliner on. you might want to wear greens and blues because if you want to bring your eyes out you always wear clothes that are the same color as your eyes. hope this helps!

and i sugest using a lighter color of eyeshadow if u wanted to try eyeshadow :)

if its to much work to straighten it you might wanna get a hair cut and get it thinned out ;)

Hi there! Okay, for your eyes, starting with just mascara would be great. Use a brownish black color. Then, move up to eyeshadow, but for now, only wear it for special occasions, and don't put too much. Then, the next step would be eyeliner. But if you're just starting to wear makeup, wait a while before you apply eyeliner. I am not so sure about the colors for the makeup, but I know some makeup stores would be glad to assist you. Some even teach you how to wear makeup. For clothing, just be yourself, and buy cute styles. Stores like Target, Kohl's, Forever 21, Sears, and Wet Seal have REALLY cute clothes for VERY reasonable prices. For your hair, leave it down sometimes. That would be great for your eyes. Try different styles, not always the same one. Maybe leave your hair down with a poof in front of your hair. This hairstyle would be cute:

wearing clothing the same color as your eyes really makes them pop. Mascara (if applied correctly, meaning no clumps) can also make your eyes pop. Curling your hair in big spirals (like the Pantene commercials) also accentuates your features. If you're going to wear make-up u might wanna wearing the same color eye shadow as the color of your irises. Just don't do It all at once cause then you'll look like a blueberry :)
