Looking at their website ( http://www.lcl.com/fr/ ) it appears that they don't want you to call them but rather to send them a message thru their website and then have them either email or phone you. A different way of doing things than I'm used to in the USA  but really rather logical I suppose.

Perhaps we could be more help if we had a general idea of WHY you want to call them.

NOTE TO DAVID: Perhaps you should check out the website I cite (which is different than the one you cite) since you're a native French speaker and I am not. You can probably do a better job of figuring it out.

I'm not sure if you're trying to call a specific branch, or corporate headquarters. Having said that, you might want to try calling their offices here in the United States first, particularly if you don't speak French (and for the sake of your phone bill):
