Can anyone help me download imagemixer for my camcorder ?

i just got this Camcorder, its' a Palmcorder by panasonic

and like i need to put my camcorder pictures on my computer

and it says i need imagemixer 3. i know where to find it, but the thing is i downloaded it and it says the system hasn't detected a previous version, you must have one in order to update the system.

SO, where can i download this thing, so i can get my cute little pictures on my computer ? :D
