Can anyone help me figure out what to do about someone who was making fun of me??

haha i know i sounds like a baby by asking this, but there is this situation where many things can be done...haha well i was easedropping on my older brother and his friends and one of them called me a *** and names like that, but the real thing that kind of bothers me is that my brother didnt say anything, he didnt stand up for me at all! that kind of hurts in a way cause its my brother and he should stand up for me atleast a bit....so how should i handle this situation, when i see his friend next what should i do...and how should i yell at my brother haha

You were eavesdropping on a boy bashing conversation. Your brother was just being one of the boys and did not take it serious.

If you are going to listen, you might as well join with them instead of hiding around corners getting pissed about it. If someone is going to talk about you then you have the right to speak on your behalf.

If you are g*y, be over the top flamboyant about it. Insults are less effective if you do not care. You will need good rebuttals so they cannot get the best of you.

If your not then treat the basher with the same respect or should I say disrespect. Not by getting in a debate but by laughing at him and saying something ridiculous such as “do you desire me”?

He may be hiding his own secret.

That's why people tell you not to eavesdrop, you are bound to hear something not to your liking. I'll say just ignore it and don't eavesdrop.

Your brother didnt stick up for you becoz he does not want his mates to think he is a sissy boy , your too late to discuss this with his friend , no use bring up past stuff , how old is he?
