Can anyone help me find my father? He lives in Salt Lake City Utah?

my name is Tyrell Smith I havent seen my dad since I was 12 years of age when I had to move away due to a death in the family. I really want to know how he is and find him so I can have my father back in my life please anyone help if you can his name is Paul Garry smith age is 57 was married to my mother named Dianne Smith madden name is Fanning

My first thought was to suggest the phone book.  Unfortunately, Smith is a very common name, and the likelihood of being able to locate a specific Smith isn't high -- but it is greater than zero, so you could try that.  There are a number of search facilities which will (for a fee) attempt to dig out the information; start with Yahoo search and see what crops up.

The 1st problem with your dilemma is searching for "Smith", being such a common name and the 2nd problem is you are asking in the  "genealogy" category which is researching people much older than your dad.

.....but maybe there aren't that many Smith's in Salt Lake City, so you could be lucky with the whitepages.  Here's the link:
