Can anyone help me find some tops and accessories please?

I'm looking for tops or like a long beaded necklace in a mustard-y yellow? Can anyone help me find some? I've tried and failed!

Preferably UK stores/shops or ones that have international shipping - but if someone can just prove what I'm looking for exists I'd appreciate it!
