Can anyone help me find the manuel for a JCPenney Sewing machine Model # SZ-207?

I have looked and hunted everywhere and its like its non existent. so if someone knows how to thread it use it anything will help! its a JCPenney Model SZ-207 Serial Number 45377

i have a singer machine and needed a manual also...i knew you could buy them but i didn't want to lay out the cash, so i used google until i found one and sure enough i found one to print out for free...good luck

You might try calling Penney's customer service number and seeing if they can either get you the number, or if they can tell you who made the machines for them at that time.  Then you can go to some place like http://www.sewusa.com and try to find a threading diagram that matches.  White, Singer, Janome and Toyota are my first guesses as to your machine's possible "brand twins".  Many local repair shops can also just look at a machine and tell what the brand twin was -- and may be able to get the manual for you.
