I think he was featured on WZLX 100.7, but it might have been 101.1 WGIR. He was very funny. His comedy aired around 8:15 AM this morning (11/21). He started out with a series of lame jokes about ordering batteries (D-batteries, ect.). Then he joked that he wanted to make a video game where you have to take care of all of the people who get shot in other video games. He said he would call it 'really busy hospital'. Anyways he was really very funny, and I am trying to find his name to learn more about him. He played a guitar while he joked. I tried looking at the websites of the radio shows I usually listen to, but I can't find him referenced anywhere. I am hoping that someone on here heard it and knows his name.

Thanks!

  1. I searched a bit and found something about a guy named Steve Sweeney, so you can try that. Or Dane Cook, the website said something about him.

  2. Call the station and they will gladly tell you

  3. I have no idea about that station, but sounds like it could be Stephen Lynch? He frequently uses a guitar in his act.

check him out on youtube, might be him?

Dane Cook is lame and he steals from other comedians.

  4. I hope you don't mean Dane Cook, because that guy is not funny. At all.

  5. you can call the radio station or look it up on the website

  6. my guess would be Dan Cook

  7. Dane Cook's a hoot.

But really dude, in the time you wrote and posted this you could have looked up the phone numbers and called half the stations in Boston. Not coming down on you - just that so many questions could be answered with a little brainpower. It bothers me that we Americans are constantly relying on others to think for us - and half the time I'm just as guilty.

One of my first questions after I joined was, "Does anyone agree that 90% of the questions on YA could be self-answerd with a very little bit of research?" The response was incredible - something over 20 answers agreeing with me.

Now, maybe you get lucky and someone else was listening to that station and is also a member, but as the first answerer said, "Call the station and they'll gladly tell you." It was too timely for this info to be posted on the websites, but a call to the programming depts. would get you the correct answer and save you 5 points ;<)

You mention the two possible stations - go for it. Call them Friday and ask.

    -a guy named duh
