I have a '99 ford mustang and the black thing that is under the wind shield where the wipers are broke and I need the name if possible to replace it asap. Please help and you will get 10 pts.

it's called a Windshield Vent Grille

the cowl is the black plastic panel that covers the wiper motor & wiper arm linkages.
