so i am doing the project which will eventually give the proceeds to the hospital... yet i need to talk to them before i am able to actually start it and see if they are opk with that...

You may have to first start with the main campus of St. Judes in Memphis TN.  You might be able to contact someone regarding your project.  The site is large so you may have to do some navigation to find what you want.
