use a mechanical press which is a modified form of  a hydraulic press

press the leaves ant new tender twigs wih high pressure and u'll gt it its available in the market if u dont want to get tired

Unless you're in a tropical country, you probably won't be able to produce enough fruit to press. It's just like olive oil, and it takes a lot of fruit to make a couple of gallons of oil.
