Can anyone help me? i bought 2 tickets from toffee-lolly on ebay,?

never recevied tickets, told i'll get refund but only recevied £50 out of £382, ebay and paypal can't help, the company are no longer on the phone and aren't answering my emails. can someone please give me advice.

Chickie is right but you can also raise a formal dispute ticket on e-Bay which you should do even if the company has gone bust.  I also agree with Chickie that you should keep pestering the company for a proper refund and compensation for the trouble they have put you to.

leave them negative feedback. apart from that keep emailing them on ebay as well as off and perhaps you'll get something back. Hope so anyway.

im pretty sure paypal should help you more out on this just check their policy if you have paid through them.

Other than the small claims court which can be initiated on-line, the only other option is the police.

It sounds like you was the victim of a scam. Unfortunately, there are not many options left if Ebay or Paypal cannot help. You can only leave them negative feedback.
