Question:

Can anyone help me interpret a Zone Alarm scan result?

I did a complete anti-virus scan using ZA and it reported three viruses, or actually one in three places. The name is "not-a-virus:FraudTool.Win32.SpyAway.ag.... I tried finding it on the ZA and Kaspersky sites, no info. I told ZA to repair as suggested, but the first instance failed (defaulted to quarantine, but then hung) and it seems to have hung on the other two. Is this a real virus? Where can I find more information about what it does and how to get rid of it?

  1. ZA can detect a trace of it, so inform you of its finding, but I dont think it has the ability or functions or knowhow to remove it, if the virus are deep/root based, then it can cause the OS to become unstable.

Try using Avast Home, install and set to scan when restart

  2. Download Spybot Search and destroy free!

    It will be good.
