Can anyone help me interpret this quotation? educated answers please.?

Why do you ask for 'educated answers' in response to an uneducated quote? You give such a derogatory quote then the answer shall be derogatory also.

It is not your quote so YOU should not take this personally. Most men, 'generally', however, may take the quote personally. It is dispicable. Equality does not stand for inequality. If you stand for feminism then perhaps a more neutral stance would be suitable?

It means people mostly judge based on apperance, and the fascade that you put on, and not by your true nature. People see you for what they think you are, or what you want them to see you as, and only a few people know you for what you really are.

Basically this quotation is referring to the typical man's view on women.  Generally men judge women by their appearance rather than getting to know women and understand their feelings and emotions.  The feeling and emotions refers to the "feeling" part of the quote.  Therefore, any man can see how you look but few understand who you are.

i will tell you what i think by the parts.

Men do not take the time to understand what a person or who a person is. They like to 'see' with their eyes and not their hands.

"for everyone can see and few can feel."

Most people do not understand what a persons true nature is and what they want to become or already have.

"Every one sees what you appear to be, few really know what you are."

Only the most important people in your like (mother, father, siblings) know who you really are, or atleast pretty close. Friends and random people only know who you are on the outside rather than the inside.
