Can anyone help me out with my training for mma?

see ive been training in karate for awhile and some judo/jujutsu training and 2 days of mma training

last week i had my wisdom teeth pulled and the doctor said i be able to get back to training yestarday but i am stilling taking it easy cause im still sore and its been a week since i did any training at all

and idk when i should get back in shape

  1. ask your doctor to see if you have dry socket, it still should not hurt. train anyways. skill and strength just dont spar. you can jump rope with no teeth


  2. A weeks  or two of rest is not going to set you back much if you have been training for a while. But you must do some exercise and drills; it will  lessen and help you forget the pain.

  3. I would say to start tommorow. Do not do much, but warmup to get back at the same pace you were at before.

  4. First and for most, what is MMA?

    You are practicing Karate and Judo. These are two styles that are being mixed into your fighting style (Mixed Martial Arts, MMA). Are you saying MMA meaning ground fighting?

    Don't over stress about getting back into shape. The human has the ability to overcome any adversity, and having some teeth pulled is a minor procedure at best. Get back into shape right now, no need to wait.
