Ok,i've applied for my passport last month.but havnt got it yet.the officers told me because of an address mistake my passport has been bounced back to the regional passport office.i have to write an application letter now to correct the address written on my passport.can anyone please help me out how to write this kind of letter, (Sample Please)

ask your parents or your seniors or teachers and please don't give your adress in public answer community i suggest you if anyone missuse it you will find a trouble soplease dont give your add like that. thanks and have anice day.
