Ok,i've applied for my passport last month.but havnt got it yet.the officers told me because of an address mistake my passport has been bounced back to the regional passport office.i have to write an application letter now to correct the address written on my passport.can anyone please help me out how to write this kind of letter, (Sample Please)

Also, if there are different room numbers or apartments in this estate, you need to put that down.

You also need to put the zipcode, city, and state/province you live in.
