Can anyone help me selling t-shirts on my site?

We have had t-shirts made for our company and would like to start selling them on our site. We have our site with GoDaddy and don't have many options. We're not going to be selling too many of them, maybe 10 a month, and don't want to pay too much. We have a PayPal account, as well, but they will end up charging just about the same just to get it started. Is there a way that I can put a product up for sale on the site and when a person selects it, they will end up at PayPal to pay for it or is that the basics of PayPal?

I have gotten lost trying to figure out the cheapest way. Just to sell a t-shirt on my site.

Thanx

  1. Paypal actually offers you the abilitiy to put buttons on your website that are a simply "Buy Now" Button.  They also offer Shopping Cart Buttons as well.  Once you log into your Paypal account go to Merchant Services and then you will see all the available buttons and options.  I'm guessing that you are familiar with HTML so adding the button in will be no problem.

    Hope this helps!

  2. I too, used EBay for everything, along with Pay-pal.  Then someone turned me on to Craig's List (www.craigslist.com).  I have sold literally hundreds of items here. There is no charge what so ever to use the site.  You list items just like you would on EBay and can load up to four pictures.  However, there is no bidding.  It's straight out sales, like an on-line garage sell - new and used items.  The only downfall is there is not a link to pay with pay-pal.  But, if people have a pay-pal account, they can log into pay-pal and pay you directly.  You will then not incur the EBay charge for the purchase.

    Good Luck Selling!!

  3. Yes, if you have a business account with Paypal, they have free buttons under the Merchant Services tab.  You can add a shopping cart button.  Then copy and paste the info to your website.  The customers are directed to a generic looking payment form provided by Paypal, then redirected to your site after they have paid  you.  Paypal notifies you via email when a payment has been received.

It's all free.  They just take their normal percentage for the transaction.

  4. You can get the code from paypal to place a paypal button on your website (next to the picture of the t shirt for example), if the person wants to buy the t shirt they click on the paypal button and it takes them to paypal and you get your money when they complete the purchase process on paypal.

Im not sure but I think you need a merchant or small business paypal account to do this.

Sorry my explanation is a bit unclear but its been awhile since i have used it.

  5. Try ecrater.com - it's FREE

You can open your own store real easy, with paypal payment option and then promote or link it on your website. It's preset, so besides your logo you can't change a whole lot. A friend of mine does it she sells yarn stuff and plants. You can check out the link and see if a store like that suits you
