  1. my advice is to join any organization so you are more involved in school and you'll actually have something to look fordward to, be responsible about your classes you do not  want to be taking them over and over, ask questions if you are not sure about things just like you are doing now, do not try to fit in, just be yourself and start looking at colleges and how can you get the money for it, if you have classes with upperclassmen ask them for advice too, i haven't seen bullying in high school, there are fights but they get to the point,  if you have access to internet that should help you with homework a little bit, don't cheat or do plagiarism, keep challenging yourself, register for ap or honors classes if you think you might be able to keep up, and have fun, but yeah the most important is getting involved that way you will fill part of your school and people will respect you more no matter what your club is because they are going to be your new friends, so find out what they have to offer you, good luck

  2. Do not take High School to seriously, just do what you can. Talk to everyone, don't stay inside a clique, and don't talk about anyone behind their back. Do homework during study hall, you'll never have to take any home. Step outside for a moment, if your education isn't giving you the jump you want for the future speak to the counselor. Know that in twenty years you will never talk to any of them, and that will be fine with you.

  3. I was really nervous to start high school too.

I dunno what your school is like but at mine I didnt see any bullies. Sure there are lots of fights but it was only ever those who caused trouble who were in them.

Homework isnt bad at all...its all easy stuff. The teachers dont care about it either, they just want it done and all correct so they dont have to re-tech the boring stuff. Listen first time and you'll soar through high school.

Go in and do the very best you can, ignore comments on being 'the teachers pet' etc. Get on with your work and your teacher will see you as very mature.

Good luck..I am sure you'll do fantastically well!!!

    xoxo

  4. you will want to fit in so to speak

    1. always be clean and fresh in school, shower, deoderent, hair styled and teeth brushed  is a must also smell good you can use axe sprays

2.buddy up on the 1st day of school with someone you know ( you will make  more friends later) but at least you wont be alone.

    3. Stand up for yourself and dont be anyones whipping boy!!   if someone hassles you -- go to the counseling office and tell a counselor( best thing you can do ), tell your parents too if  this occurs.

4.Homework requires   study time and a quiet place  every day routine

Most school have before and after school tutering and open library with helpers there for free - ask your teachers for help or recommendations

5 - remember this is your life - you have a right to a good education and a hassle free school- bully free  if you say nothing then it is a green light to the bullys to do and say whatever they want. if you make a big stink out of it they will bug off - and leave you alone and look for another victim - dont be a victim ---joing clubs/ groups you will have a great time if you surround yourself with activities/friends/counselors

they are there to help and they cant help if they dont know what is going on. if you see someone else being bullied please do something about it...tell a counselor/ principal/teacher   usually it is the same bunch of kids

    remember smile a lot

  5. I just focused on my work.Studied hard. It`s not you`re clothes or friends that gets you an education.

  6. u may not wanna miss too many days of homework because unlike middle school, homework can take a huge effect on ur grades. people are more mature in high scholl ( tho not always ) so i doubt u'll be worrying about ppl being mean to u or whatever although ppl will deff make fun of the fact that ur a freshman. freshman year is the toughest cuz its hard to adjust and everything but u'll get used to it after the first couple of months and soon enough u'll know everything =)
