Can anyone help me strive to a lifelong goal that I have?

I'd like to build a golf course for charity in my lifetime. Land isn't an issue. Money may be a slight problem, but I'm writing a book to help fund this course. We can hold charity golf outings, charity tournaments, and do many more great things for people in the community. Advice may be the best help. Thanks for the responses everyone!

  1. You might be able to get a grant to construct it....

  2. try talking to the businesses in your area and see if some will donate and/or advertise your project so the local people can choose to donate too. something like the march of dimes and cancer society sell a paper golf ball with the donors name on it and hang it in the store , things like that

  3. follow your dreams and never give up trying

my dreams to be lead guitar and songwriter of a rock band and theres not a doubt in my mind that it wont happen in 20 years look for the band the 'unripe strawberries' thatll be me and in 20 years youll have a famous golf course that will make 100x wat you paid for it

  4. Good luck and all the best!

After you've written your book, have all the local newspapers know about it and your dream of building a golf course for charity.

The publicity should help in raising funds and getting you that much closer to your dream!
