  1. Ok here we go!

Threadlike= hypha- usually aseptate, forms the main body of the  fungus

sac- hmmm... I would go with the ascospores, but I freaking forget which it really is.  Not entirely sure what you are refering to

Club- basidium- the part where the basidiospoes are formed

Lichens- a form of mutual parasitism between fungi and algae.  the fungus forms the body while the algae hang out inside to provide some tasty simple sugars.

Imperfect-  not entirely sure what to say about this... not perfect? haha sorry

slime/molds- usually the anamorph of many fungi.  weeeee

    hope that helps

  2. Lichens are a symbiosis between one photosynthetic partner, such as a green algae or moss, and a fungi. Actually, more like parasitism than commensalism. Not mutualism. The others I need to research more.

By imperfect I am not sure what you mean. Imperfect flower? Impatients? Club do you mean club mosses? Slime molds I can research and update. Sac I need to research to. Get back to this.

Sac fungus I found. Just a sec. It's an ascomycete. Which is "Any of various members of a large group of fungi characterized by the presence of sexually produced spores formed within an ascus." according to yahoo.

Clubmosses are small, vascular plants that reproduce by spores, to paraphrase second link.

    Slime molds: http://education.yahoo.com/reference/dic...

It appears they grow on decaying vegetation and dung and they have two stages in their life cycle. They have an ameoba-like stage to start with, then later a multicellular reproductive stage, to paraphrase.

    EDIT:

Very good answer below, but we're talking mycology and have thrown in a botany. An imperfect flower does not have both stamens and carpels. It is incomplete. See, stamens produce pollen, carpels produce ovaries. You have to scroll down, but obtained from: http://www.enchantedlearning.com/subject...

    ADDITIONAL EDIT:

A sac can also be something else. Think of it as a sack, only instead of containing laundry it contains fluid. Like a pouch.
