Can anyone help me with PHP settings?

Hey guys,

Ok, I what I need help doing is turning Register Globals Off and Output Buffering On. Here is my host info:

Shared Linux Apache 1.3.34

Ben-SSL 1.55

MySQL 4.0

PHP Version 4.4.9

PHP API Mode is CGI

Any type of help would be awesome! Stuff with a guide or examples would be the best!

Looks like no one who knows the answer has seen this... have you tried asking at an Apache forum?  http://www.apacheforum.com seems to be down at the moment but type "apache" and "forum" into a search and you'll find quite a few others.
