Can anyone help me with a Clio stalk adapter please?

Hi there,

I've just bought a 02 Clio, and I want to use the stalk volume control with my JVC cd player. I've bought all the correct wires, but although the cd player works fine, the stalk does not! I've plugged in everything that was hanging out!

Someone did tell me I would have to take the whole dashboard off, but I can't understand why. Can anyone explain please? (My clio has a seperate display to the original stereo)

that is a very technical question - cannot explain you without diagrams...so take the car to nearest car audio dealer they will help you out .
