Can anyone help me with a bankruptcy question?

I have a home that my brother quit claimed in my name two years ago. He is going to declare bankruptcy and I am wondering if the creditors will come after my house?

If the house is in his name, it can be part of the bankruptcy settlement.  If it is still in your name, you could go after your brother for back, unpaid rent.

was there a title transfer from his name to yours ? if not you could be in trouble, unless you have excellant proof that your making the paymests on this house.
