Can anyone help me with a gift for my boyfriend?

Hey everyone, so Christmas is coming in a few months and I am already thinking on what to get my wonderful boyfriend. He loves to take pictures and takes beautiful ones, so I was thinkinf of making him a scrapbook with his pictures, but here's the trick.. I wanted to use his pictures as the background paper ( you know when you go to AcMoore, Michaels, Rag Shop and buy those papers with a background on it already?) so basically I wanted to use his picture as the background paper, to then add our pics to it and make it unique/special. My problem is that I have no idea on how to do that. I dont know if there's a website where you can make it and have them mail it to you or if I have to buy a program and printed it at home. Another problem is, that I wanted to use the big paper (11 by 11 if im not mistaken) but my printer only fits standard paper (8.5 by 11) so is there anybody that can tell me what my options are?

Wal-mart's photo processing department now prints scrapbook pages (12x12 is the size you're looking for). They do them as collages typically, but you could ask them about printing one picture per page. Since they have the 12x12 paper and the printer, it probably wouldn't be difficult. I would just go in to the store and ask them.

I know Kinko's can make pictures bigger and do many other things too.  Why not check with them.
