  1. try to pretend there not there and tune them out or pretend there one of your friends and your showing them how you play. and if that dosent work try to get into drama club and get in plays and perform in front of people or write speeches and present it at a mall a park or a store or a corner or something in front of a whole bunch of strangers and that should build up on your confidence and you shouldnt shake any more it worked for me it should for u :]

  2. I used to have the same problem. Just concentrate on the game and not the audience if your worried about making mistakes remember that everyone on the team is gonna make at least 1 mistake that everyone in the audience is going to see. Before a game just talk to your team mates like you would in practice have some fun and lighten up that way when you go to play you wont be as nervous good luck.

  3. i would just block it out. look at playing in front of a crowd as fun don't worry about the points just have fun. :) hope that helps

  4. I would say the best way to get over your fear is to simply do what you're there to do: play your game. If you keep your focus on the game and winning instead of looking into the crowd and getting scared, you will get over your fear.

  5. you just have to ry and block them out.

maybe  you just shouldnt ever even acknowledge a crowd, dont look over, wave, anything.

sorry, this is more of an inner issue, no one can really help ou

    good luck though
