Can anyone help me with a sweet 16 poem??

I have to make a sweet 16 poem personally from me so we could put on the invitation.......Im not very good at poems but can u tell me a good poem that i could put on there????? We have not got quite far yet but if you have any additional ideas overall for a sweet 16 please let me know, it could be anything such as a good idea for a candle light ceremony, how i should walk in, etc.......Anything will help....Thanks!
