Does anyone know how to fluff rice?? I really want to try out this recipe from Shojo Beat but i don't know how to do the last step. anyone who knows please tell me. ^-^

After it's cooked, rinse it under running water until water runs clear and all starch is gone.  It will be fluffy.

Really simple (and I'm just about to do it in about 10 minutes).  When the rice is cooked, the top looks kind of flat.  Grab a fork and fluff it up (gently because you don't want the grains of rice to break).
