    I update my blog daily so you can stay on top of your weight, good luck!

  2. ok i'm a girl but i lost 20 pounds in a month believe it or not. i swear. but what you need to do is just run. Get into sports that need constant running like basketball. You have two types of exercises, ararobic and aerobic. anaerobic is sprinting where you run fast, stop, run fast, stop. aerobic is constant running for say... 3 miles. like track or cross country. I was in basketball and did about 30 suicides each day because of the coach i had. It takes determination but if you really want it you can get it. When you excercise alot your metabolism will naturally increase. When i ran alot, i found myself less hungry and more energetic. It's all about getting out of your daily routine. A good weight for a 16 year old guy that's your height would be around 160 to 170.

    And for an at home exercise you can do crunches, push ups, sit ups, and things like that.

    IMPORTANT NOTE:::

    Always stretch before you do alot of excercise. It can lead to muscle damage or extreme soreness. I made that mistake a lot in basketball and woke up at 2 am with a bad bad cramp in my calves. When you stretch, stretch leg muscles and back muscles by putting the balls of your feet against a hard wall and the heel on the floor, extend your leg so that your knees aren't bent. you should feel a strain. Hold that for about 10 to 20 seconds. that's one of the biggest warm ups you should do. you can also stretch your arms by pulling them across your chest and holding it for the same amount of time. Just be sure to stretch well.

    Hint:

    When you get done with alot of running, don't bend over, instead fold your arms behind your head and stretch your chest out. it might hurt, but it feels alot better alot sooner than bending over and holding your knees would.

    I feel like a nerd now, but hey, it'll help you in the long run. Just stick to it and you'll be good to go ;)
