Can anyone help me with my car speaker problem?

i have a crysler sebring lxi 1999 when i got it it came with a lil infinty amp and a bunch of wires well prob is only one tweeter works in the whole car i tried to fix the back speaker but u have to get a seprate wire and hook one side to the positive and the other side to the metal on the speaker and it will only work for about five seconds it came with a cd player and i only have one tweeter smone plz help

its impossible to diagnose mate just pull it all out and start again its not hard wiring speakers from new is easy forget everything that is there and run new wire
