I can give you a few ideas to work with...

1)Archaeology- food remains give researchers an idea of the subsistence of a culture, what food was prevalent, etc.

Linguistic- relationships between words relating to food can give you an inside glimpse of a culture's viewpoint.

Sociocultural- same as archaeological, only with current cultures.

Biological- skeletal remains can give us an idea of what people ate.

2)Agriculture was an adaptation to cope with increased populations... or did the large populations come first necessitating agriculture?  That's for you to decide.

The evolution of humans was facilitated by increased consumption of meat which allowed our ancestors' brains to develop.

3) Agriculture was the cause of many pathologies.  Some people argue that it made cultures much less healthy.  In recent times, fast food has contributed to the obesity epidemic but has also provided a cheap food option for those who can't afford any better.

So please, don't just write these answers down.  They're not very well done and I didn't address all the questions.  Use them as a springboard to come up with your own ideas.  Google this stuff!  Anthropology is SO COOL, try to do your assignments not only for the grade but to actually learn the stuff!
