Can anyone help me with my problem? Please!?

Im only 20 and my hair started to really thin out, especially on top. Ive been told to use a differnt shampoo and stuff but it didnt help. I havnt tried using any of the products for hair growth and i wouldnt know what to try, can anyone give me an idea? Maybe success stories? Please
