  1. First, you should look in a dictionary to get their meaning.

Second, try to think of a sentence using the definitions of the words.

Third, substitute the word into the sentence where you used the definition.

I really hate doing homework for somebody so, suppose one of the words you had was "feckless."

Let's suppose you go to the dictionary and find one of the definitions of "feckless" is "useless." Suppose you chose the sentence, "Doing somebody's homework for them does them not help them, but contributes to that one's becoming useless and lazy." Now, replace "useless" with "feckless." "Doing somebody's homework for them does them not help them, but contributes to that one's becoming feckless and lazy."

  2. I saw the latest Raiders of the Lost Arc. The ending was very anticlimatic and did not live up to the hype.

After I eat a lot of pasta, I am very slow and lethargic and lazy!

The paper I started to write went awry when I started writing about things outside the subject of my personal knowledge

the other 2 I am not familiar with

  3. Asking us to help you cheat on your homework is an inauspicious way to start the new academic year. Instead of impressing your teacher, you will come across as a recalcitrant and lethargic cheat. Get caught and your year will soon go awry. I'd continue by reminding you to do your own homework, but anything else would really be anticlimactic.
