Hello there, BEWARE this is a long reply. Festive Occasions or Native Customs in Egypt is a general title that could mean a lot. You can first define or be more specific. If you are asking about Ancient Egypt then you search Under Egyptology (Customs and Occasions). If your question is about the current and practiced, then they are (due to the nature of the society) of three types. The first are a couple of Ancient days that celebrate agricultural seasons, and these are not really celebrated by the public, they are more like social decorum. The second type is the religious, Christian and Muslim festivities and occasions are celebrated in a much similar way to what happens around the world. The third is more like lite social celebrations related to weddings, giving birth and the like. A trivia is that all involve serving food :D ..
