Can anyone help me with the Army referral Phone number. I am referring to the SMART Program. ?

For the US Army, I have tried calling the assistance referral line: 1-800-223-3735, ext. 6-0473 and it has not worked out. I have called for other soldiers trying to refer people in the Army and they are not able to get the 2K because they cant get thru this line....no one ever answers. So can anyone help me or guide me to a new updated phone number?

"To be eligible for the Referral Bonus, referrals must be made via the Army Referral System-Sergeant Major of the Army Recruiting Team (ARS-SMART) referral process. The referral must be submitted through the ARS-SMART link at https://www.usarec.army.mil/smart/ or through the USAREC 1-800 number dedicated to this program, 1-800-223-3735, ext. 6-0473.

In addition, the individual making the referral must provide the name of the acquaintance as a referral through the ARS-SMART site, before the acquaintance conducts an appointment with an Army or Army Reserve recruiter.
