Can anyone help me with the new electronic monopoly?

I got the new electronic monopoly for my birthday and we really enjoy playing it but I don't know how to reset the electronic debit card thing, I can't find in the rule book and tryed removing the batteries and then putting them back in and that hasn't worked. Is there any certain buttons you push or something, any help would be appreciated.

If  you can't see a reset button, can you go back to the store where the game was purchased and ask for help?  They are often very helpful in figuring out that sort of problem.  Do you still have the packaging?  There may a toll free number you can call, and sometimes they will help with this sort of question.

From the rule book, page 6.  Find the "C" button on the banker unit:

"Cancel/Clear: To play a new game, press and hold until you hear a beep.  All the balances will be reset to the starting balance of $15M."

I assume this is some sort of handheld?

Most electronics have a tiny button you can push to reset it. Look all around the game for a little hole. Once you find the reset button, you'll probably need a pen or something of the sort to push the button.
