Can anyone help me with the "bandwidth exceeded" from Photobucket?

I use a social network for my community called www.valdostaconnect.com, On my page I had a tic tac toe game and a marquee scroll. When I went to my page last night I had a message that said "Bandwidth exceeded" upgrade to pro. So, I wanted to remove the html but ever since that has been showing up in the bottom left hand corner where it usually says "done" it just says "3 items waiting for www.valdostaconnect.com......." The edit option doesn't come up. It is almost like my page has been frozen because of those graphics. Please Help!!
